The Countdown

The business world has chugged its way to the middle of 2021 with a fundamentally altered perspective of life and work. Today, leaders are very conscious of their employees’ wants and aspirations—both personal and professional and want to keep them at the centre while designing the R&R strategy, consequently reconstructing the normative approach. Given that technology aids personalisation, employers are using it to create tailor-made experiences of employee recognition, acknowledgement and appreciation for the entire workforce.

In light of tech-driven hybrid workforce, traditional methods of R&R are incompetent to drive a holistic strategy aimed at enhancing personal lives and invigorating employees’ sense of purpose.

To that point, ETHRWorld and EngageLoop have organised a Roundtable with senior HR leaders to bring out the best practices in reward and recognition to demonstrate empathy, responsiveness and gratification on a daily basis.
